Payment Terms

These Payment Terms form part of the General Terms and govern how payments are collected, settled, and refunded through SUQO.

Processing Fees

SUQO's platform fee is 0%. SUQO does not charge a platform fee, monthly fee, setup fee, or minimum-usage fee.

Any processing fees deducted from a payment are the charges levied by the payment service provider (PSP) — the underlying payment gateway (eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, etc.) — not by SUQO. These PSP charges are set by the relevant gateway, are deducted before payout, and are your responsibility.

Payouts and Settlement

Collected funds, less any PSP charges, are settled to your verified bank account on the settlement schedule shown in your dashboard. Payouts require a completed KYC & Verification status.

Refunds and Chargebacks

You are responsible for handling refunds to your customers in line with your own policies. Chargebacks and disputes are debited from your balance; SUQO may hold funds where dispute risk is elevated.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales. SUQO does not provide tax advice.
